Authentication flow for registered users to receive JWT tokens and role assignment

Not Yet Implemented - This shows the planned design per ADR-003. Currently authentication is disabled.

User Roles

After successful login, the user receives their role which determines available features:

Role	Access
TEACHER	Own profile, activities, statistics
DIRECTOR	Department statistics, activity approval
ADMIN	Full system administration
